I found this recipe on Facebook Reels. Thank you, Jessica! This recipe is widely available on the internet, but this version is fun and delicious.
I don’t usually like deviled eggs, but these… YUMM!!! My family LOVED them too!

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen hard boiled eggs

  • black pepper

  • salt

  • mayo

  • ranch dressing

  • paprika

  • bacon

  • shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • The reason I haven’t added any measurements to the ingredients is because I eyeball everything. This is OK.
  • Cook your bacon to where it’s cripsy
  • Boil your eggs however you like them (I have another post on how to do that if you don’t already know)
  • Peel the eggs
  • Slice the eggs in half longways
  • Put the yolks into a bowl and line the whites in the desired pan for serving.
  • To the yolks, add black pepper, enough to cover them lightly
  • Add salt, not too much, just sprinkle on top
  • Add mayo, about 2-3 dollops
  • Add ranch dressing, squeeze in just a little less than the mayo
  • Sprinkle with paprika, not too much, just enough to taste (eyeballing looks like a thin red layer)
  • Mash the mixture up with a fork, make sure it’s all well mixed up
  • Put into a piping bag (I use a plastic bag, twist the opening closed, and snip one corner)
  • Pipe egg mixture into egg whites
  • Break bacon into small pieces and stick them into the egg (or on top, whatever you like)
  • Sprinkle a tiny bit of cheese on top of each egg (garnish, I guess, would be the word)
  • Enjoy (they are addicting!)

Notes

  • I used precooked bacon; they crisped up well, and they’re thin. You can use any type of bacon you prefer.
