Ingredients

  • 1 lb 16 oz spaghetti noodles

  • 1 lb velveeta cheese – cubed

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 cups cooked chicken – shredded

  • 1 – 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 – 10 oz can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 – 10 oz can rotel – drained

Directions

  • boil the spaghetti noodles in a large pot, then drain
  • meanwhile, in a large pot, add the velveeta cheese and milk
  • stir and cook over medium heat until cheese is almost melted
  • pour in both cans of soup and rotel
  • stir until mixture is combined
  • continue to cook and stir for 8-10 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated
  • stir in shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti noodles
