Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti – Instant Pot Style!

I just got my Instant Pot and literally threw together ingredients from an old recipe. Sort of adapted it I guess you could say…

Ingredients

  • 5 chicken tenders

  • 1 cup water or chicken broth

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • spaghetti noodles

  • shredded cheese

Directions

  • Place frozen chicken tenders in pot, add 1 cup of water or chicken broth
  • Cook on High Pressure for 10-12 minutes
  • Once complete, let cooker naturally release pressure (approximately 10 minutes)
  • Pull out chicken tenders and shred
  • Place chicken back in pot
  • Add soups, noodles, and cheese to pot
  • Cook on High Pressure for another 5 minutes (watch carefully for “Food Burn”, carefully remove lid and add water if necessary, also take this time to stir the noodles)
  • If noodles are still a little stiff, Cook on simmer for 5 more minutes
  • Carefully serve when ready
