I just got my Instant Pot and literally threw together ingredients from an old recipe. Sort of adapted it I guess you could say…
Cook Mode

Ingredients
5 chicken tenders
1 cup water or chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
spaghetti noodles
shredded cheese
Directions
Place frozen chicken tenders in pot, add 1 cup of water or chicken broth
Cook on High Pressure for 10-12 minutes
Once complete, let cooker naturally release pressure (approximately 10 minutes)
Pull out chicken tenders and shred
Place chicken back in pot
Add soups, noodles, and cheese to pot
Cook on High Pressure for another 5 minutes (watch carefully for “Food Burn”, carefully remove lid and add water if necessary, also take this time to stir the noodles)
If noodles are still a little stiff, Cook on simmer for 5 more minutes
