Ingredients
10 chicken fillet pieces
1/4 cup minced onion
1/3 cup butter
8 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag of boil-in-bag rice – cooked
salt & pepper
Directions
Boil chicken with onion until done.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In saucepan – melt butter – stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute.
Slowly stir in cold milk and cream of chicken soup.
Cook until thick.
Stir in cheese.
Combine chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, cheese sauce in a 9″ baking pan.
