Ingredients
1/2 cup chicken stock or 1 can chicken soup (drain out the noodles)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp of onion powder
2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup chunky salsa
8 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat butter in saucepan.
Add onion powder.
Mix in soup.
Spread 4 tbsp of soup mixture in bottom of baking dish.
Spread a spoonful of soup mixture, chicken and salsa in the center of each tortilla.
Roll up tortillas and place seam down in baking dish.
Spoon remaining soup mixture and salsa on top of tortillas.
