Ingredients
2 pounds – ground beef1 cup – minced onions
1 cup – saltine cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1 – egg
1 cup – milk
1/2 cup – french style green beans (cut up)
1/2 cup – finely shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 tBsp – brown sugar
2 tBsp – mustard
1/3 cup – ketchup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the beef, onion, cracker crumbs, egg, milk, green beans, and cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a lightly greased 5×9 inch loaf pan, OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup.
