Ingredients

  • One pound One ground beef

  • 4-5 4-5 medium potatoes, cut thinly

  • One One little onion, diced

  • Two cups Two cheddar cheese, shredded

  • One can One cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 milk

  • salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Garlic powder and other seasonings are optional

Directions

  • Set the oven temperature to 175°C (350°F)
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions and add salt and pepper to taste
  • Arrange the sliced potatoes in an oiled casserole dish
  • Cover the potatoes with the cooked meat and onions
  • Combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a bowl, then cover the casserole with the mixture
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake, covered with foil, for 45 minutes, then take off the foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the cheese is bubbling
