Hot Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 c Butter, softened
1 c Sugar
2/3 c Brown Sugar
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
4 pkgs Hot Cocoa Mix
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 1/2 c Flour
1 c Chocolate Chips
1 c Dehydrated Mallows
Directions
- Cream butter with sugar until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla, mix well
- Add dry ingredients together, fold in the butter mixture
- Once all combined, fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows
- Cover and chill 30 minutes up to 24 hours
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, drop 2 tbsp of dough on a cookie sheet 2 in apart
- Bake 9 to 11 minutes, let cool 5 minutes on pan
- Transfer to wire rack to completely cool!
