I made the beans in the instant pot and the cornbread in a cast iron skillet!
Keep the screen of your device on
1 lb pinto beans
1/2 yellow onion, cut into small pieces
1 can rotel tomatoes (original with green chilis)
4-5 strips of bacon, sliced into small pieces
3 cups chicken broth
salt & pepper to taste and/or other seasonings
1 box of Jiffy Honey Cornbread
